Sentence: 1     Omnis aetas vel intellectus proprias debet habere mensuras, ideoque quotiens pueri vel aduliscentiores *[236] aetate, aut qui minus intellegere possunt, quanta poena sit excommunicationis, hii tales, dum delinquunt aut ieiuniis nimis adfligantur, acris verberibus coercitantur, ut sanentur.
