Wegbeschreibung vom Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof zur Goethe-Universität (Campus Westend):

Mit der U-Bahn:
 

Jede U- oder S-Bahn Richtung Hanau, Offenbach, Ostendstr. bis Hauptwache; die Haltestelle befindet sich im Souterrain des Hauptbahnhofs. Ab Hauptwache dann U1 Richtung Ginnheim, U2 Richtung Gonzenheim oder U3 Richtung Hohemark. An der dritten Haltestelle (Holzhausenstr., blauer Pfeil)  aussteigen, durch Holzhausenstr. und Bremer Str. zum Haupteingang des Campusgebäudes (IG-Farben-Hochhaus, Poelzig-Bau).

 

Vom Flughafen Frankfurt zum Hauptbahnhof:

Jede S-Bahn (S8 oder S9) Richtung Hanau, Offenbach oder Ostendstr., der Hauptbahnhof ist die dritte Station (nach Sportfeld, Niederrad). Wenn Sie direkt zum Campus weiterfahren wollen, verlassen Sie die Bahn nicht am Hauptbahnhof, sondern erst in der Hauptwache, und steigen Sie dann in U1, U2 oder U3 um wie oben beschrieben.

How to proceed from Frankfurt Central Station to Goethe-University (Campus Westend):

By underground (metro, U-Bahn):

Take any underground (metro, U-Bahn) or local train (S-Bahn) in the directions of Hanau, Offenbach, or Ostendstr. The metro and S-Bahn station is within the Central Railway Station (souterrain, northern side). In the second station, Hauptwache, change for U1 (direction Ginnheim), U2 (direction Gonzenheim), or U3 (direction Hohemark). At the third station, Holzhausenstr. (light blue arrow), leave the metro and walk through Holzhausenstraße and Bremer Straße to the Main entrance (pink arrow) of the Campus building (IG-Farben-Hochhaus, Poelzig-Bau).

How to get to Frankfurt Central Station from Frankfurt Airport:

Take any local train (S-Bahn S8 or S9) in direction of Hanau, Offenbach or Ostendstr.; Frankfurt Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) is the third station (after Sportfeld, Niederrad). If you want to proceed directly to the Campus, do not leave the train at the Central Station but proceed with it to Hauptwache. Then change for U1, U2, U3 as described above.

How to proceed from Campus Bockenheim to Campus Westend:

Take BUS 36 at Bockenheimer Warte in eastern direction (direction "Hainer Weg"). Leave the bus at "Oberlindau", just in front of the Main entrance of the Campus Westend building (IG-Farben-Hochhaus).

How to proceed from Campus Westend to Campus Bockenheim:

Take BUS 36 at Oberlindau in western direction (direction "Westbahnhof"). Leave the bus at "Bockenheimer Warte", in front of the University Library (Universitätsbibliothek).
