Wegbeschreibung vom Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof zur Goethe-Universität:

Mit der U-Bahn:

U4 Richtung Bockenheimer Warte. Die Haltestelle befindet sich im Souterrain des Hauptbahnhofs. Von der (End-)Haltestelle Bockenheimer Warte die Senckenberganlage in südlicher Richtung bis zur Einmündung der Georg-Voigt-Str. zurückgehen.

Mit der Straßenbahn:

Die Haltestellen befinden sich vor dem Hauptausgang des Bahnhofs, in östlicher Richtung. Am Bahnhofsvorplatz den Fußgängerübergang nehmen.

Linie 16 (Richtung Ginnheim) oder Linie 17 (Richtung Rebstockbad) nehmen.
Es sind fünf Haltestellen bis zum Ziel: Hauptbahnhof - Platz der Republik - Hohenstaufenstr. - Festhalle/Messe - Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage . Dort aussteigen und hinter dem Marriott-Hotel-Komplex nach links in die Georg-Voigt-Straße, in der sich unser Institut befindet.

Zu Fuß:


Im Hauptbahnhof zum Nordausgang, Fußgängerüberweg nehmen und kurzes Stück rechts, dann links in die Düsseldorfer Straße, stets weiter geradeaus, die Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage entlang bis zum Messegelände. Fußgängerüberwege zum Marriott-Hotel, hinter dem Hotel in die Georg-Voigt-Str. (wie oben).

Vom Flughafen Frankfurt zum Hauptbahnhof:

Jede S-Bahn (S8 oder S9) Richtung Hanau, Offenbach oder Ostendstr., dritte Station (nach Sportfeld, Niederrad).

How to proceed from Frankfurt Central Railway Station to Goethe-University:

By underground (U-Bahn):

Take "U4" to "Bockenheimer Warte". The metro station is within the Central Railway Station (souterrain, northern side). From station "Bockenheimer Warte" go back down Senckenberganlage in southern direction to the back side of "Marriott Hotel" and enter Georg-Voigt-Str. to your right.

By tramway:

The stops are in front of the main exit of the Central Railway Station, eastern side. You will reach them by crossing the street in front of the main entrance of the train station.

Take tramway No. 16 (direction "Ginnheim") or 17 (direction "Rebstockbad"), and get off at (fifth) stop "Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage" . Behind the "Marriott Hotel" is "Georg-Voigt-Str.".

By walking:

From Central Station, Northern exit, take the pedestrian crossing, turn to the right and follow the "Düsseldorfer Strasse" to the left, always straight ahead, along the "Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage", until reaching the "Marriott Hotel". Then proceed as indicated above.
 

How to get to Frankfurt Central Station from Frankfurt Airport:

Take any local train (S-Bahn S8 or S9) in direction of Hanau, Offenbach or Ostendstr.; Frankfurt Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) is the third station (after Sportfeld, Niederrad).
